Service terms.

These terms provide general information about enquiries and mobile appointments with MCR Mobile Tuning. The specific work and price are confirmed separately for each vehicle.

Compatibility and quotation

Services depend on the exact vehicle, ECU or module, condition and available protocol. An online or telephone estimate is not an appointment confirmation. Additional faults or previous modifications may change the work required.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle, fault and previous-work information.
• Confirm that you own the vehicle or have authority to approve the work.
• Provide a safe, legal and suitable location with reasonable access.
• Tell us about battery, electrical, mechanical or communication faults before programming.

Programming risk

Electronic programming requires a stable vehicle and electrical system. We take reasonable professional precautions, but pre-existing ECU damage, wiring defects, low-voltage issues, incompatible modifications or interrupted communications can prevent completion or require additional recovery work.

Emissions-related work

Road vehicles must remain compliant with applicable UK law and MOT requirements. Diagnostic, repair-support and factory-function restoration services are available. Any non-standard modification is considered only where lawful for the vehicle’s declared intended use, such as eligible off-road or motorsport applications.

Appointments and cancellation

Please provide reasonable notice if you need to rearrange. Travel or diagnostic charges, when applicable, will be confirmed before the appointment.
