Information we collect

When you contact or book with us, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, service location, vehicle registration, make, model, year, diagnostic information, photographs you provide, requested service and records relating to the work completed and payment.

How and why we use information

We use personal information to answer enquiries, assess vehicle compatibility, provide quotations, arrange mobile visits, deliver requested services, maintain job and safety records, handle payments, respond to complaints and meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the business. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is necessary with service providers used to operate the business, such as email, messaging, website hosting, payment, accounting or professional advisers, and with public authorities where required by law. If you contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook or another platform, that provider also processes information under its own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Enquiry information that does not lead to a booking is normally kept for no longer than 12 months. Job, invoice and transaction records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, warranty, dispute and legal obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect the information we hold.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Website technology

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers or a contact form. It loads web fonts provided by Google and contains links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Facebook. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address when their resources or pages are accessed.

We may update this notice when our services or data practices change. The latest version will remain available on this page.
